3. On-line E-Learning
A free on-line learning course is now available for builders registered with one of the warranty bodies that support the Consumer Code, or for companies who are affiliated to registered builders such as estate agents, solicitors, etc. Staff from affiliated companies will need details of the registered builder (including their registration number if appropriate) that they are affilated to when registering for the course.
The course is designed for customer facing staff who need to have an understanding of the Consumer Code. After self-registration and approval, it takes about 30 minutes to complete and leaners can prnint a certificate at the end if they have passed the test.
