Training for Homebuilders

There is free on-line training available to help home builders and affiliated companies, including estate agents and solicitors, to comply with the Code requirements.

There are currently around 16,000 builders signed up to the Code through registration with the warranty bodies. Many of these have received training on how to comply.

On-line training courses

The course is designed for customer facing staff who need to have an understanding of the Consumer Code. After self-registration and approval, it takes about 30 minutes to complete the course.

On-line E-Learning

A free on-line learning course is now available for builders registered with one of the warranty bodies that support the Consumer Code, or for companies who are affiliated to registered builders such as estate agents, solicitors, etc. Staff from affiliated companies will need details of the registered builder (including their registration number if appropriate) that they are affilated to when registering for the course.
