Will the results of the monitoring exercises, audits, mystery shopping and questionnaires, when the Code is in use, be published and made available?

There will be an annual report produced by the Consumer Code Management Board that will contain key performance data and the results of such surveys.  This will also include key information in respect of the independent Dispute Resolution Service.
